  • Clean after each use with damp soft cloth with warm water and mild detergent
  • Avoid use of scour pad or any abrasives while cleaning
  • Wipe dry with soft cloth after cleaning
  • Make sure metal contact area is dry and moisture-free if storing the unit with top
    and base assembled
  • Store base in cool and dry spaces, avoid direct sunlight
  • Store in provided velvet bags for optimal protection

What is the return policy?

Calda Home provides a 30-day return policy. Once the pre-ordered systems have arrived, instructions for returns will be provided.
Where is Calda based and made?

Calda is a proudly Canadian company. The founders hail from northern Ontario and partnered with Canadian firms to design and assemble the Calda Serving System.
Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping to Canada.
What materials is the Calda system made from?

The Calda system is made from high-pressure die-cast aluminum and coated in a non-stick, food-safe ceramic finish.
How should I store the Calda serving systems?

To ensure the Calda system stays in pristine condition, we suggest removing the Elements from the Pedestal and storing them inside the velvet bag provided.
What utensils are safe to use with the Calda serving system?

The surface of the Calda Serving System Elements is made from ceramic, so we recommend wood or silicone/ plastic utensils. Avoid metal and do not cut on the surface.
How should I clean the Calda serving system?

To clean the Elements, remove from the Pedestal and wipe down with a damp cloth. Never submerge in water and avoid getting the underside wet.
