Warranty
CaldaHome warrants to repair or replace any product manufactured by CaldaHome and purchased directly from CaldaHome or CaldaHome’s authorized retailers if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal consumer use, and following guidance from the user manual and instructions for care for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. You are a consumer if you have purchased the product for personal, family, or household use.
Should your product require warranty service, please contact us at info@caldahome.com for a warranty evaluation. Upon approval of your claim, CaldaHome will repair or replace the item without charge. You may then return the product properly packaged and postage prepaid, along with your proof of purchase, name, address, telephone number, and a description of the claimed defect. If the replacement product is no longer available, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Replacement products may be provided in a color different from the product you originally purchased. CaldaHome shall not be obliged to replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Repaired or replaced products will be warranted by CaldaHome for the balance of the original warranty period.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of a product for the following situations:

Any product being used under commercial, professional, or workplace use, or any other non-consumer use.

Damage due to use of the product and any of its parts not in accordance with the user manual or for purposes other than as recommended by CaldaHome.

Damage due to improper care, storage, and maintenance, not in accordance with the user manual or not in accordance with recommendations by CaldaHome.

Damage or faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, carelessness, or any use not in accordance with the user manual.

Damage arising from thermal shocks, overloading, overheating, electrical surges, or failure to follow the use and care instructions.

Damage or reduced performance specifically due to wrong electrical specifications as indicated on the product and user manual.

Normal wear and tear and minor cosmetic changes, such as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, discoloration, minor paint chips, or other nonfunctional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of the Serving System by any party, and which do not impair the functionality of the product as intended.

Intentional cosmetic modifications or damage which may impact the product’s functionality or usability.

Damage caused by the use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach and other similar products.

Any accident caused by fire, flood, natural occurrences etc.

Interior and exterior coating damage due to improper storage, excessive heat, or metallic or sharp utensils.

For coatings: non-stick deterioration, discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat, prolonged heat exposure.

Any tampering of the product, alterations or modifications by unauthorized persons, which includes repairs and attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.

Any use of third-party parts and accessories sold by third-party manufacturers.

Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age, regular usage, or improper deliver of power.
Repair or replacement is limited to defective parts or components of a product. Any non-defective component of the product is excluded and will not be replaced. For example, if you purchase products with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component.
Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability
This warranty is limited to the original consumer, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the product, with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from CaldaHome or an authorized retailer, dealer, distributor, or reseller, this warranty is null and void.
CaldaHome reserves the right to utilize comparable reconditioned, refurbished, repaired, or re-manufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
To the extent permissible by applicable law, the product is provided “as is” and this warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the product.
CaldaHome’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this limited warranty, in no event will CaldaHome or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for breach of this warranty, express or implied. In no event will CaldaHome’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue giving rise to such liability. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. The consumer may asset any such rights at their sole discretion.
Because we are unable to control the quality of products or parts sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty only applies to products manufactured by CaldaHome and purchased directly from CaldaHome or CaldaHome’s authorized retailers. This warranty does not apply to products or parts purchased from any sellers that are not authorized by CaldaHome.
